T32 Postdoctoral Fellow
Dr. Molly Nowels is a T32 postdoctoral fellow in Behavioral Geriatrics at Weill Cornell Medicine’s Division of Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine. She is a health services researcher with extensive experience with Medicare claims and other large administrative datasets. Dr. Nowels’ research focuses on health services for older adults with serious illnesses and comorbid behavioral health conditions, including substance use and mental health disorders. She earned her PhD in Public Health, with a focus on Health Systems & Policy at the Rutgers School of Public Health in 2024.
